As for the servers i think a server in cz would be a much better option according to me
PS:-A multimod server is a good option and attracts players to start with
and as far as the configurations and maps and plugins are concerned the pro is here and the datacenter, if you can manage it somewhere in Mumbai i guess most of the players will have a better connection and also a good host these days is IGC giving most players ping below 50.

Earlier there was no lagg at all on sv.I think there is PLUGIN problem so please remove some plugins from server..... That might help...I dont have ISP prob coz I m not getting LAGG on other servers except on MB and many other players also report for lagg during while playing on sv... so plzz take some steps to overcome this prob...
